The Loveage Festival is Moonlight Peaks’ romance set-piece — a two-day spring celebration hosted by Llemi, the “Love Demon,” where the whole town turns out for food, flowers and a secret-admirer gift exchange. If you’re courting anyone, this is the single most useful day on the calendar to plan around. Here’s the date, how the exchange actually works, and what’s worth your coins at each stall.
When is the Loveage Festival?
It runs across Spring 20 and 21 — a two-day event, not a single afternoon. The split matters:
- Saturday (Spring 20) — you choose who you’re secretly admiring.
- Sunday (Spring 21) — the gift exchange happens.
So the festival effectively starts the day before the big moment. Note the date on your in-game calendar and keep both evenings free; like every festival here, miss it and you’re waiting a full in-game year for the next one.
The secret-admirer gift exchange
This is the heart of the festival, and the part worth understanding before you arrive. It’s a secret-admirer system:
- On the Saturday, you pick up to three NPCs to secretly admire.
- On the Sunday, you exchange gifts with them.
Because you get up to three picks, the Loveage Festival is a genuine relationship fast-track — you can nudge three courtships forward in one weekend. The trick is to have good gifts ready: Luna’s flower stall (below) sells season-exclusive flowers that make excellent exchange presents, so swing by her before the Sunday hand-off. For who loves what, cross-reference the gifts & friendship guide.

The three stalls
Three residents each run a stall over the weekend.
Elvira’s stall — food, furnishings & blueprints
Elvira’s is the big spender’s stall. The food is festival-exclusive:
| Dish | Cost |
|---|---|
| Strawberry Milkshake | 150 coins |
| Raspberry Cupcake | 210 coins |
| Strawberry Cupcake | 230 coins |
The furnishings are where the coins really go — a full romantic-decor range from cheap accents up to statement pieces, most with multiple colourways:
- Budget accents (100–300): Rose Flowerpot (100), Decorative & Festive Tables (300), Fairy Light Shelves (300 each).
- Centrepieces (500–1,000): Balloon Arch (500), Decorative & Festive Dining Tables (500), a Festive Tree (1,000) and a Light Chain (1,000).
- Big-ticket (1,500–3,000): Floral, Hearts and Rose wallpapers (1,500 each, several patterns), a Tent (2,000) and Asylum Walls (3,000).
Plus two blueprints you can’t get elsewhere: a Yoga Mat (250) and a Rustic Heart Chair (500). If you’re building out a cozy or romantic room, this stall is the one to save up for — much of it is only available during the festival.
Mina’s stall — the community buffet
Mina lays out a buffet for the town, and you can bring your own dish to add to the tables. It pays to turn up with something good cooked ahead of time — it’s both good manners and a small way to make an impression on the residents you’re admiring.
Luna’s stall — flower arranging
Luna runs a flower-arranging stall stocked with flowers only available during this event/season. Beyond being pretty, those blooms make good gifts for the exchange — which is exactly why you want to visit Luna’s stall before you hand out your Sunday gifts.
How to prepare
- Cook a dish ahead for Mina’s buffet — have it in your bag before Spring 20.
- Save your coins if you want Elvira’s festival-exclusive furniture or blueprints; the good pieces run 1,000+.
- Line up three admirer picks and a gift for each — buy season-exclusive flowers from Luna’s stall to cover them.
- Come to meet Llemi if you’re eyeing the Love Demon as a romance; this is his window.
